Is there a free trial?
Yes — every subscription includes a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Can I change subscriptions later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your business dashboard. Your residents, data, and settings are always preserved.
Do you charge platform fees on rent?
No. Sober Friend charges zero platform fees on rent collected through the software — the only fees are standard Stripe processing fees.
